Imphal, April 11 2009: A bomb hurled at the house of the Dr Chingtham Chandramani and Bilashini exploded tonight at around 8.30 pm.

The bomb which apparently hurled from outside the closed gate exploded at the courtyard of the house of the doctors and broken windshields of three vehicles parked near the courtyard.

Fuel tanks of two more vehicles parked at the courtyard also damaged.

Some glasses of the windows door of the houses were also broken by the impact of the blast but no human casualty reported in the blast.

Mention may be made that earlier on March 28 this year also, a bomb was placed at the gate of the doctors.

As per family's disclosure on March 8 this year, a demand letter from the KCP, Lamyanba Khuman was found in the box keeping at the gate of the house.

They also condemned government inaction in taking up security measures for the safely of its people despite repeated attacks and threats meted out to its people.
