Imphal, March 20 2009: The Kangleipak Communist Party Military Council (KCPMC) has today claimed hands in carrying out a bomb attack at the Subha Hospital on Wednesday while saying that the party has been carrying out the attack against some selfish Doctors who have also practiced in private hospitals apart from their government service.

A statement released by the information and public relation officer, Puranthaba of the KCP (MC) said that in its drive to correct the wrong, the party will continue to strike at clinic, private hospitals without any warning.in case they did not rectify their wrongs while warning the people to restrain from visiting the private hospitals and clinics to avoid casualty.

It said that the party has began close observation at the Ibobi led Congress government and some individuals.

It also said that it will begin taking revenge to the family members of the commandos in case any member of the outfit is killed by the police commando.

It also warned the public to restrain from the place where commandos are stationed to circumvent casualty.

The KCP-MC also claimed that the bomb attack at the house of Sorokhaibam Tomba, Commandant of Home Guard located at Airport Road, Ghari was carried out by the outfit twice.

It also claims responsibility in carrying out a bomb attack at the house of PGC Chief Manager, Soibam Ibopishak Singh at Langol while saying that the attacks were carried out for neglecting the party's fund drive.

It also shared the pain and sorrow of the injured victims at the Subha Hospital attack while adding that the bomb attacks have been carried out under the party's Imphal West district commander, Rocky.
