Imphal, May 09: In two separate press releases, the Imphal Tangkhul Shanao Long (TSLI) and the women societies/Meira Paibis of Nagaram, Tangkhul Avenue and Fairyland have strongly condemned the bomb attack at the residence of Apam Shimray at Fairyland on May 6 .

The TSLI asked those responsible for the attack to come out openly and explain their anti-social activity.

It also urged upon the authority to bring the perpetrators to justice and initiate strong security measures to prevent such incidents in future.

The women societies of Nagaram, Tangkhul Avenue and Fairyland also asked the State Government to arrest those elements involved in the attack and to take up stringent security measures to protect innocent people.

They further exhorted the people to be alert and cautious of any elements in the area to thwart off such senseless acts in future.

While condemning the bomb attack, the Tangkhul Katamnao Long Imphal has appealed to all organisations not to repeat such unwanted activities in future.
