Imphal, March 26: Identities of three persons killed in separate incidents since March 20 have been established and handed over to respective family members after post mortem at RIMS morgue.

In the first case, the UG suspect slain by a team of Imphal East district police commandos at Keikhu Mayai Leikai on March 20 has been identified as Sagolsem Ricky (25) s/o S Ibomcha of Wangoi Yumnam Huidrom but was staying at his wife's maternal home in Naharup Awang Leikai.

The second victim identified as Thokchom Kiran (31) s/o Kakching Khunou Thongam Leikai but was staying at a rented quarter in Nagamapal Kangjabi Leirak was allegedly hauled up by a team of Imphal East commandos from the Kangjabi quarter on March 20 at around 1.30 pm.

Kiran was shot dead later in the day at Kangla Awang Leikai under Lamlai police station.

Meanwhile, the individual shot dead by troops of 15 J&K Light Infantry on March 19 night at near Toubul Patpan is said to be one Laishram Amitkumar alias Jaoba (19) s/o Devan of Ningthoukhong Kha-Khunou.
