Imphal, December 15 2009: Medical Superintendent of RIMS Dr Y Mohen has described as confusing statement issued by the KCP Twinkle Task force in the media in connection with the planting of bomb on December 1 morning along the approach road to Nurses' quarters.

Speaking to newspapersons this afternoon, Dr Mohen said in addition to the KCP group's assertion confusing the public and the medical fraternity the act of planting bomb is deprived of revolutionary principle and deserved to be condemned by one and all.

While stating that there had been no communication with the KCP group, he also prevailed upon the Twinkle Task force to refrain from such acts within the hospital premises in the future.

Dr Mohen also called upon responsible leaders of all the insurgent groups to instruct their cadres/activists respect sanctity of medical institutions.
