Imphal, November 19: Referring to the November 16 bomb blast at Videocon House, Paona Bazar, the proscribed PREPAK has denied any connection with the incident.

A press release issued by the outfit's Publicity and Propaganda in-charge Aheiba Angom also decried the statement of SP Imphal West in which he reportedly mentioned the name of PREPAK in connection with the incident.

In case the perpetrators of the attack took the name of PREPAK, they should have been certainly imposters taking advantage of the crisis within the party, Aheiba clarified.

Claiming that the internal crisis of the outfit will be solved for good very soon, Aheiba further denied any connection between the outfit and some individuals who are reportedly summoning officials of various Depts in the name of the outfit's PRO/PO outside the State in connection with monetary demands.

Aheiba urged all not to respond to the summons of these individuals.
