Imphal, August 13: Condemning the last minute exclusion of weightlifter L Moriika from the Beijing squad, User Manipur asserted that the organisation would support any agitation taken up in this connection.

User Manipur also expressed gratitude to State leaders, especially the CM for trying whole heartedly to send the ace weightlifter to Beijing.

Blaming CM Ibobi for being not able to send weightlifter L Monika BJP Manipur Pradesh asserted that the weightlifter could have participated the Olympics if the CM tried whole heartedly in the matter.

State BJP added that the party has sent seperate letters to its National leaders to raise the issue in the coming Parliament session.

Condemning the exclusion, Bishnupur District Development Committee asserted that it would not take part in the Independence Day celebration.
