Dimapur, May 05: Following Monday's killings in Dimapur, the NSCN-IM termed the development as the beginning of an ethnic cleansing by the NSCN-Unification saying that four Tangkhuls are targeted today at Dimapur-two are civilians and two are NSCN-IM members.

"The Unification Gang took the decision on May 4 to go against the Tangkhuls under the command of V Tuccu, Akato Chophy and Keyakhu.

The NSCN-IM said that accordingly, today K Chinaoyo who is a civilian was hunted from Burma camp area in Dimapur and shot dead at Korabati.

Mayoyang Muinao and CPL Somayo Muinao were abducted from Khelmahal where NSCN-IM Corporal Somayo stayed with his Sema wife, according to the NSCN-IM.

"They were shot from some distant from Dimapur's City Tower.

Mr.Mayoyang died on the spot and Somayo was fatally injured.

Mayoyang was a class XI student from Patkai Christain College: and killed in uniform," said the NSCN-IM.

The NSCN-IM further stated that earlier on May 4 at 11:30 pm Lt Pouken Zeliang and Lt Solomon were also attacked at Burma Camp.

Pouken was abducted but hacked to death.

Solomon escaped with serious injuries, alleged the NSCN-IM.

Again, on Monday Capt Vitoshe, Chaplain of Hevito battalion Naga Army was shot dead by NSCN-Unification in Burma Camp, Dimapur, stated the oufit in a statement.
