Imphal, July 14 2010: State Law and Legislative Affairs Minister Th Devendra describing MPP legislature wing leader O Joy as one of the senior most member of state Assembly, has appealed to attend the house and join budget discussion today.

MPP leader MLA O Joy after moving a point of order in the ongoing session have boycotted attending the house, when the speaker did not grant permission to discuss the point of order moved by O Joy.

Th Devendra praised Joy saying that he had repeatedly won Assembly elections and he has been member of Manipur Legislative Assembly for a long time and appealed for his participation in the budget session with a request for his suggestions for the betterment of the people.
