Crowd increasing at FRIEND's photo exhibition

Imphal, July 13 2010: The photo exhibition on photos of atrocities perpetrated by the NSCN (IM) at Manipur Press Club Imphal organized by FRIENDS is attracting large crowd.

On its fourth day of Photo exhibition crowds visitng the photo exhibition is increasing, in the register more than 800 visitors have visited the photo exhibition and the visitors have also given their condemnation on the acts of NSCN (IM) in the register book.

In the exhibition photos on brutal killings of KUKI women and children during the Naga KUKI conflict , photos of fall out on the extension of NSCM(IM)-GoI Cease fire in Manipur which include loss of 18 innocent lives, burning of state assembly, political party offices, and photos on brutal killing of SDO Dr Kisan and his two other staffs along with photos on burning down of vehicles in Imphal-Dimapur route, killing and torture of drivers and handymen are exhibited for public view.

President FREINDS Sapamcha Jadumani said because of heavy media campaign by NSCN (IM) outside the state even abroad with handsome money illegally collected from vehicles of Manipur in Imphal Dimapur road, outsiders have started listening to the false propaganda of NSCN (IM), especially when he was banned to enter Manipur.

Whereas the reasons for the state government and people of the state banned his visit to Manipur are less known by outsiders.

He further said the photo exhibition, on the heinous crimes committed by armed insurgent group NSCN (IM) is being organized to show to others the reason for his ban to visit the state.

He informed that the exhibition was organized only for three day but due tom increase in number of visitors, they have decided to extend another two days.

To tell to all the people of India on the brutal acts of NSCN (IM) its next exhibition will be held at Delhi, he added.
