Imphal, January 22: The All College Tribal Students' Organization Manipur (ACTSOM) today said the organization would not support the ongoing agitation of the All Tribal Students' Union Manipur (ATSUM) demanding separate Directorate for Hill Areas and in the Lungnila Elizabeth case.

The ACTSOM said it wonders as to why the ATSUM without resolving the previous case of the MBBS/BDS Entrance test case is taking up other issues.

In the case of Elizabeth the people of Manipur are all aware, the government, frontal organization and underground outfits are trying to trace/arrest the real culprits and we need to tackle carefully without harming any communities.

The organization appealed to all outfits not to punish any culprits they arrest in the murder of Elizabeth until all the culprits involved are arrested and asked them to hand over to the government for proper trial of the case.
