The Festival Director of the Ist Sahitya Seva Samiti Manipur Film Awards-2012 and Neta Irawat Leelarol Lifetime Mana, 2012, R K Jnanrajan has announced the selected list of nominees at the Lamphel's office of Film Forum Manipur here on Wednesday.
The details of the nominees are, Best Film - 'Saklon Amada', 'Tilaikhumbi' and 'Thasi Thanou'; Best Director- 'Kh Bishwamitra' (Tilaikhumbi), L Surjakanta (Saklon Ama) and Eepu (Thasi Thanou); Best actor (Male)- Raju Nong (Tilaikhumbi), Gokul (Luhongbagi Ahing) and Kaiku (Saklon Amada); Best Actor (Female)- Seema (Thasi Thanou), Sonia (Tilaikhumbi), Maya (Saklon Amada) and Bala (Luhongbagi Ahingda); Best Singer (Male)- Naoboi (Tingkhang), Sadananda (Taru Tarubi Maktabi) and Berlin (Saklon Amada); Best Singer (Female)- Pushparani (Luhingbagi Ahing), Mandakini (Tilaikhumbi) and Sarita Gazmir (Thasi Thanou); Best Story- G A John (Saklon Amada), Ranjit Ningthouja (Tilaikhumbi) and Niladhawaja Khuman (Tingkhang); Best Lyrics- E Enaocha (Tingkhang), Bijgupta Laisharam (Luhongbagi Ahing) and Rakesh Roshan (Yairipok Thambalnu Amaga); Best Music Director - Gopi (Luhongbagi Ahing), O Geet (Tilaikhumbi) and Tomba Thangjam (Yairipok Thambalnu Amaga).
The lifetime awards; Neta Irawat Leelaroi Lifetime Mana (Sumang Leela)-2012 and Neta Irawat Leelaroi Lifetime Mana (Manipuri Cinema)-2012 will be given to Loitam Tomal Singh and Kangabam Tomba Singh respectively.
The award function ceremony will be held at the auditorium of Library and Information Center, Kakching, Thoubal district.
