ILP : A few hours before the 48-hour general strike called by JCILPS Student Wing begins on August 04 2015 , women vendors of Ima Market took to street and denounced the assault on girl students yesterday (Aug 3) at New Secretariat and demanded implementation of ILPS in Manipur. Women vendors took out a rally from Ima Keithel towards Kangla Gate around 3 pm in the afternoon and marched upto Kangla Park on 4th August 2015. Scuffles ensued when police tried to halt the women protestors.
