4th Dr Thingnam Kishan Memorial Lecture held at Hotel Imphal, North AOC on June 30 2013 with a lecture by Kalakshetra Imphal Director Padmashree Heisnam Kanhailal on 'Manipuri Society & Culture: A Contemplation of a Victim Artist' and slide show about Dr Kishan's life and contribution to the marginalised section of society marking the solemn event.
The memorial lecture was held under the chairmanship of Critic Forum Manipur president Prof IS Kangjam while JNU, Delhi research scholar Rojio Usham and T Deepamanjuri of Manipur university also participated at the discussion.
