Students of Human Resource Development (HRD) and MEM Higher Secondary School staged a sit-in-protest demanding implementation of Inner Line Permit (ILP) System in Manipur on 29th June 2013.
Large number of student blocked the one way traffic and raise the solgan "Implement ILP in Manipur"
Meanwhile CC Hr. Sec. School planned to march a rally, however the police shield the gate of the school before the students came out of the campus.
