Sit in protest held in various part of Manipur including Khwairanband Keithel, Lamphel, Lamlong bazar and Sega Road on July 10 2012 demanding implementation of Inner Line Permit (ILP) system of Manipur.
Also, Manipur police stopped student Rallyists in front of ISBT, Khuman Lampak when they were on the way to throng the ongoing monsoon session of Manipur Legislative Assembly .
