Kevisekho Kruse said the NPF regime was over in Nagaland.
Election to the 13th Nagaland Legislative Assembly is slated for February 27 this month.
There will be triangle fight in the 8 Western Angami Assembly Constituency.

Addressing a Press Conference on Sunday here at his private residence, Lerie Colony, the NDPP candidate said the State had witnessed the most "unstable" government in the last few years.
The people had lost hope and confidence in the government.
There was wide-spread chaos in almost all the government establishments and institutions due to the failed State, he said.

The collapse of systems and functions in almost all the departments and institutions due to the failed State had forced him to plunge into the politics and decided to contest the present elections, he informed.
"Nagas can't go like this," Er.
Kruse, who was also Chief Engineer, PHED in Nagaland, said and asserted that NDPP along with the ally, BJP, would be forming the next government in Nagaland.
"There will be a drastic change in Nagaland," he said.
"The era of NPF regime is over and the era of NDPP regime is coming in Nagaland with the new leader and new people" .
"Other political parties are talking about elections," he said, "but for us, we are talking about the formation of the next government in the State" .
"Our priority is to have a stable government because, without a stable government, we can't go for development," he added.
Expressing his happiness on NDPP Chief Ministerial candidate from 11 Northern Angami – II Assembly Constituency, Neiphiu Rio's election to the 13th Nagaland Legislative Assembly uncontested, Er.
Kruse said Rio would be able to provide a "stable government" in the State as he did in the past.
Once the stable government comes, the State will witness peace and development.
Rio, who has a strong relationship with Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the Center, would surely bring "a lot of development in the State," he added.
The NDPP candidate also declared his priorities that he would immediately attend to as soon as they form the next government.
His priorities are: Stable government for peace and development; accelerating economic progress through various fields such as education, eco-tourism, health, sports, agro-based activities; strong commitment to democratic values, social and economic justice, Naga identity and cultural values; adoption of good governance policies for efficient administration and revenue generation; good road connectivity; solving unemployment problems through skill development and job creation; women & youth empowerment; equal attention to both urban and rural sectors under the assembly constituency; moral and spiritual development and conservation of environment.
