Imphal, November 15 2021: Under the Civic Action Programme (CAP) of 143 Bn CRPF, 500 litres capacity potable water storage tanks were distributed to the underprivileged locals of Nungba and Rongdai villages under Noney district on Monday.

A release of 143 Bn CRPF informed that the distribution ceremony was attended by commandant Lamkhokam Lhoujem, second-in-command K Sonny Singh, assistant commandant S Jackson Singh, Rongdai village chairman Gaikulung Gangmei and Nungba police station OC Gaidanlung and village authority leaders.

Speaking on the occasion, Loukhokam expressed happiness for getting the opportunity to serve the people and fulfill the longstanding needs of the villagers.

He also assured of further assistance in the future as well and said the unit would continue to serve the people by carrying out such humanitarian activities.
