Nature Club extends solidarity to solo walker

Imphal, October 05 2021: Members and well-wishers of Nature Club, Haoreibi received Manikanta Mutum, who has been on a solo walk since September 10 on Tuesday, October 5 at Ibudhou Pakhangba Haraobung, Haoreibi, Imphal West.

They also extended solidarity to his messages � No to Drugs; Our Green World; Lets Fight COVID-19 Together.

A press release issued by Nature Club today stated that the solo walker along with members of Nature Club planted saplings in and around Ibudhou Pakhangba Haraobung and also inside "Meiraba Ningshingkol", a memorial park developed in memory of (L) Nongthombam Meiraba, a young founder member of the club.

Narrating his experiences of the solo walk, Manikanta Mutum expressed that he appreciated the overwhelming welcome and the incomparable solidarity he received here.

He added that he received full support and co-operations from various clubs, organizations and well-wishers from different places.

It may be mentioned that Manikatna Mutum, who hails from Karam Awang Leikai, is on a solo walk to cover various areas of Manipur and Assam spreading the messages of No to Drugs; Our Green World; Lets Fight COVID-19 Together.
